PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal training aligns similarly with how I co-navigate in therapy work. A process where invitations and teachings bring forth clarity and knowing of the importance of the connection to your body. An acknowledgement towards the body needing attention to have more of an internal symbiosis, to gain more integrity and strength to support you within all the challenges and joys within life.
Consistent high-quality resistance training acts as insurance for your body, an actionable prevention against injury and sickness. Increasing the magnitude of recovery from illness to injury due to its effects on cell integrity and function. The research studies discovered provide undeniable science and evidence on the value of so many internal processes resistance training enables.
You most probably know exercising, eating better, sleeping more, and meditating are all habits and actions that support the health of your body.
So specifically in regards to your needs why would you like to create insurance for your body? what is your reason? what does it allow for?
It may be to be fitter and stronger to be more active with confidence, it may be to strengthen areas of weakness, to dissipate pain and invite more joy and pleasant sensations in the body. Whatever it may be, ask yourself what would life be like if you could live in this place?
Together we can work out realistic, achievable goals and move towards them with clarity.

Personal training in our society is mostly not very personal. As a coach, it is easy to call oneself a personal trainer from completing a course which shouldn’t give you the ability to have such an authority over navigating the precise nature of what resistance training is. The needed skills to teach the manics of exercise are not mainstream. I share this to highlight the fact if you have had training before, I invite you to be open towards the possibility that it can be more personal, gentle and supportive of your needs.
